A quick overview to your dashboard

1.0 Dashboard

The admin dashboard is the landing page for administrators. It provides an overview of specific parts of the platform and the activity of users.

The administrator dashboard is made up of tiles that relate to different areas of the platform.

1.1 Insights

The Insights section provides individual metrics designed to visualize a pulse of activity over the past 7 days. The pulse with the most activity will be displayed to the right with more details. In our example on the screenshot below that is the Profiles Created pulse. It is possible to change the detailed chart by clicking the drop down menu - all pulses on the left hand side can be chosen there, plus some others.

• Each pulse shows statistical information with an absolute value for the past 24 hours and a trend for the past 7 days.
• You can click any of the pulses and you will be redirected to the relevant detailed list of information.

1.2 New Participants/Applicants/Matches/Relationships

The right-most tile at the top row provides a summary of user and relationship activity. The list will be displayed based on the most recent activity. The table data shown covers New Applicants, New Participants, New Matches, or New Relationships. If needed, you can change what is displayed with the drop-down menu.

If you click on any of the entries, you will be guided to the individual relevant applicant, profile, match, or relationship.

Clicking the title will take you to the list view for the respective resource.

1.3 Resource

This tile displays trending and recent resources with the most popular or most recent ones displayed at the top. Trending resources will show up by default, if there are any. If there are no trending resources at the current moment, the view will be changed to Recent automatically.

Each item in the list is displayed with a banner image, a title and a link to the full resource item. Click anywhere on a resource item to open the respective resource.

You can switch between Trending and Recent resources with the respective buttons at the top right corner of the tile.

1.4 Agenda

This tile displays upcoming and recent events with the most recent ones displayed at the top. Upcoming events will show up by default, if there are any. If there are no upcoming events at the current moment, the view will be changed to Recent automatically.

Each item in the list is displayed with a banner image which changes to a View Event button on mouse hover, a title and the date and time of the event. Click the title or the banner to see all the available information for the event with instructions for participation. 

You can switch between Upcoming and Recent events with the respective buttons at the top right corner of the tile.

1.5 Company Forum

This tile displays trending and recent conversations with the most popular or most recent ones displayed at the top. Trending conversations will show up by default, if there are any. If there are no trending conversations at the current moment, the view will be changed to Recent automatically.

Each item in the list is displayed with a title, a category, and information about the number of views and posts in the conversation. Click anywhere on an item to open the respective thread.

You can switch between Trending and Recent conversations with the respective buttons at the top right corner of the tile.
