Creating deliverables

Deliverables provide a mechanism to drive action and progress within your programs. Create meaningful deliverables to help your mentorships achieve valuable results

In this video you learn how you can successfully implement deliverables to your mentorship program.

1. Program Deliverables

The Program Deliverables tab is where you can see and manage different events and tasks for participants within the buddy program. 

2. Matches

The Matches tab shows buddies’ active or expired matches within the buddy program. You can see their statuses and remove the ones you don’t need.

3. Match Deliverables

The Match Deliverables tab focuses on the ability to create and manage events, tasks, messages and questionnaires for a given buddy-buddy match within the program. They will be visible only to the participants in those matches.

To add a match deliverable, simply click on the Actions button at the top-right corner.
