Managing and Customizing Forum Features for User Engagement
The Forum allows anyone to participate in specific discussions within your platform. The Forum is generally accessed by the left hand navigation bar or directly through the (standard) dashboard.
Users will be able to start discussions within your platform, and adjust them so that they only appear for users of a certain program or role.
To create additional forum categories, switch to admin mode and head to ‘Forum Categories’ under ‘Settings’ to add any categories you would like. To restrict the Forum module to specific roles, adjust the voting function, threads ordering rule, or even the name of the module, head to ‘Forum’ under ‘Settings’:
Once a forum post has been created, your users will be able to respond to the original poster, share their ideas, upload files and upvote/downvote responses.
