How to create, track, and support mentor-mentee connections
In this training video, Flora from StellarUp explains how the Relationships feature works from the admin side. She demonstrates how to view and manage mentor–mentee relationships, add participants, approve or decline connections, and monitor progress.
Relationships are directly linked to Programs, where admins can:

Enable or disable relationships

Decide if connections require approval or can happen automatically

Set the duration of relationships

Configure participant matching rules
Once a relationship is active, mentors and mentees can use built-in tools to strengthen their collaboration, including:

Scheduling meetings and tracking calls

Sharing notes, tasks, and deliverables

Sending messages and emails directly from the platform

Viewing progress and days remaining in the relationship
With these settings and tools, admins can ensure mentoring relationships are well-structured, monitored, and tailored to their community’s needs.
