In this training video, you’ll learn how to use Smart Recommendations (also called Recommended Matches).

This feature helps you discover the most relevant connections in your community — whether mentors, mentees, or peers — based on profile data and matching rules.

Admins can configure how many matches appear and who can manage them, while users can view and request matches directly from their Smart Matching tab.

Smart Recommendations make building connections simple, fast, and data-driven.
